- Scoop out the cooked oats into the milk (try not to pour the cooking water into the milk, as it affects the texture)
Quick way to cook the oats
- Replace the oats with quick-cooking oats
- Pour the milk into the container with the quick oats and stir
- Put the mixture in the microwave
- Microwave on medium power for 4 minutes
How to fry the egg
- Heat the pan, add a thin layer of oil, and when the oil is hot fry the egg, 20 s on each side; consider seasoning (3 g pepper salt, optional)
- Turn off the heat and plate
- Cooking takes about 3 minutes; everything ends up at room temperature, very easy to eat, usually finished in 2 minutes.
- 🥑 Even better with fruit, vegetables or soda crackers

Using the above, calculate the proportions of ingredients you plan to use.
- Microwave power varies between models, so the power level can't be stated precisely
