Notes
Soy-braised ribs are a deep reddish-brown, tender enough to fall off the bone, with a rich bone aroma and a thick, savory sauce that's salty with a hint of sweetness, a classic home-style dish. Ribs are rich in quality protein and calcium for balanced nutrition. Caramelizing the sugar and the long braise are a bit challenging for beginners, but following the steps you'll get the hang of it. Expect about 1 hour from prep to serving.
